Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of UKBFederal.com (the “Site”), operated by United Keetoowah Band Federal Corporation (“UKBFC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). UKBFC is a federally chartered corporation and the economic development arm of the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians in Oklahoma (the “Tribe”); UKBFC is a separate legal entity from the Tribe. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

The Site provides information about UKBFC and its business units, and allows visitors to:

  • Submit inquiries through a contact form
  • Access job application listings and applications hosted through our Paycom applicant tracking system
  • Download requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotes (RFQs), and other published documents, including compliance documentation

The Site does not offer user account creation or login functionality, and does not accept user-generated content such as comments, reviews, or uploads.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, is owned by UKBFC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, unless otherwise noted.

All UKBFC and UKB Federal Corporation names, logos, and trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of UKBFC. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any UKBFC name, logo, or trademark without our prior written permission.

You may view, download, and print materials from the Site for your own personal or business reference in connection with legitimate dealings with UKBFC (such as reviewing an RFP/RFQ or compliance document). You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

4. Downloadable Documents

RFPs, RFQs, compliance documents, and other materials made available for download are provided for informational purposes. Where a document sets its own terms, conditions, or deadlines (such as a bid submission process), those terms govern your use of and response to that document. UKBFC reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or replace any posted document at any time without notice.

5. Links to Other UKBFC Business Unit Sites

The Site links to websites operated by other UKBFC business units, including:

Each of these sites is operated by UKBFC and may have its own terms of use and privacy policy governing that site specifically. Where a business unit site’s terms differ from these Terms, the business unit site’s own terms govern your use of that site.

6. Other Third-Party Links

The Site also contains links to third-party sites and services not operated by UKBFC, including our Paycom-hosted job application portal and our social media accounts. These third parties are not controlled by UKBFC, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of use. Accessing a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, including RFPs, RFQs, and other documents made available for download, are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. All information on the Site is subject to change without notice. UKBFC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UKBFC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site, including reliance on any information, RFP, RFQ, or other document made available on the Site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the tribal law of the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians in Oklahoma and applicable United States federal law and regulations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
